We check it before the seal. Not at the Hungarian site.
Under EU construction-product rules, the old and new frames are running in parallel. The factory issues paperwork under one. The Hungarian buyer expects the other. When the two lines do not match, on the TR→HU corridor that often surfaces only mid-route — when the pallet is already moving and the fix costs more than prevention.
What that means on the corridor
A typical Türkiye–Hungary run is about 5 days. Faster cases still need at least 3–4. By day five the pallet is already on the Hungarian site. The question is no longer whether the truck arrived — it is whether the factory paper and the buyer’s expectation point at the same frame.
This is not a checklist costume and not a clock metaphor. It is desk work before seal and load.
What we clear before the seal
At the EuConX 4PL desk (Türkiye → Hungary), before seal and load we walk:
- Who issues the factory line.
- Who accepts it on the Hungarian side.
- What must be corrected if the two do not line up.
We work the same way with partners on ODE Starflex and BBarrier shipments. We do not build. We run supply and corridor discipline: timing, paperwork, ownership.
What we do not promise
We do not promise eligibility accounting. The point is not a PR headline — it is whether the two lines match before the seal.
On your side, who reviews that line before the seal: procurement or the supplier?
Let’s walk it — before seal, not at the Hungarian site.
