The EuConX 4PL model: where the time and the money actually go

A Hungarian contractor who buys insulation the usual way talks to a merchant, a haulier, sometimes a broker, and whoever holds the DoP. Each one adds days and a margin. 4PL here means those calls sit with us.

The problem we are paid to remove

• Merchant stock is priced for the last mile of a bag, not for a hall.
• Brokers who see one ATR a year treat the load as a science project.
• Factories in Turkey will not chase your site manager in Hungarian.
• A missing EUCEB page stops an EKR street. Nobody else in the chain owns that page.

What we actually do

• Source from mills we already have on file (ODE, ADO Group, BBarrier, Bonus, listed Sika EPS lines — see ground-truth, we do not invent partners).
• Book production against your week, not against a catalogue fantasy.
• Run ATR and the CE/DoP pack.
• Put the trailer at the site or at a shed you name.
• Stay on the phone if a roll count is wrong.

We are not a 3PL with our own fleet. We are the importer who owns the file.

Time and money, in numbers we already publish

• Landed price typically 20–30 % under domestic merchant lists on a full load.
• Calculator default 23 % for planning.
• Customs clearance on this site is stated as a 0–3 hour band for a clean file. A dirty file is not in that band.

When not to use us

If you need six bags of wool at 07:00 in Sopron, call a merchant. If you need 5,000 m² next month with certificates, call us.
