The national free attic-insulation scheme has ended. EuConX is not a HEM partner and does not promise HEM eligibility. A homeowner does not get a qualifying attic job for nothing through this site.
EKR (Energiahatékonysági Kötelezettségi Rendszer) is the obligation system for large energy suppliers. It is not public procurement. Whether a project counts toward an obligation is not decided by a material supplier or a blog post. The old public figure of 150,000 homes belonged to that former free scheme. It is not a live quota.

Starting price: 12 700 Ft/m² gross (10 000 Ft net + 27% VAT). The published figure covers standard material, delivery and installation. The written quote after a site survey fixes the final scope and price.
The paid build-up on that page is 25 cm of EuConX–ODE glass wool (the page points at ODE Starflex; λ 0.039 W/mK) with an EuConX vapor-barrier membrane below and an EuConX vapor-open membrane above. That page does not put BBarrier in the paid package, and it is not an exclusivity claim. Earlier contractor supply, when a partner’s list asked for it, did include ODE Starflex and BBarrier foils. That was material supply, not a promise that the free program is still open.
What we still do for contractors is supply against a named list. We do not administer EKR, and we do not promise HEM eligibility.
