Non-negotiable documentation checklist for EKR projects
1. CE marking & Hungarian Declaration of Performance (DoP): The DoP must explicitly state thermal conductivity (λ), reaction to fire, and dimensional tolerance in Hungarian.
2. EUCEB certification for mineral wool: Verification that mineral wool fibers satisfy EU chemical safety and biosolubility criteria (Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 Note Q).
3. EPD (Environmental Product Declaration): Third-party verified lifecycle analysis (e.g. EPD S-P-00671 for ODE Starflex glasswool), vital for institutional tenders and ESG compliance.
4. Traceable delivery notes: Invoices and delivery manifests matching the exact installed batch numbers and certified quantities.
