How to cut build cost about 20 % with a direct Turkey import

EuConX quotes Turkish CE materials landed in Hungary at roughly 20–30 % under domestic merchant lists. That band is the one on the homepage and in the calculator. It is not a coupon. It is factory price plus a 4PL file minus a Hungarian wholesale margin.

Where the 20 % actually is

• Factory invoice in Turkey, not a Budapest merchant transfer price.
• ATR movement certificate, so industrial goods from Turkey do not pick up a customs duty that a no-paper shipment would.
• One truck, one broker, one DoP pack. Four emails instead of four companies.
• No extra warehouse turn in Hungary unless you ask for it.

The calculator on this site uses a 23 % discount versus the market estimate you type in. Treat that as a planning number. The binding figure is the written quote.

Where the saving dies

• You buy one pallet. Freight eats the gap.
• The SKU has no ATR path or no CE. Then you are importing a problem.
• The site is not ready and the trailer waits. Demurrage is not in the 23 %.
• Someone re-sells the same wool through a merchant after it lands. You just paid us and them.

2. Put today’s merchant price next to each line.

4. We answer with factory + freight + ATR + Hungary delivery, and the certificate list.

If the landed figure is not at least mid-teens under your merchant quote, say so. Sometimes domestic stock already on a shelf in Győr is the right buy.

What we will not do

We will not invent a 40 % saving to win a first order. We will not ship without CE. We will not pretend EKR paperwork is optional when the job is an obligated-party attic.
