On the slab, under the wool, on the warm side. Sd 20 m; overlaps taped, wall joints turned up.
25 cm glass wool
ODE Starflex, 2 × 12.5 cm, second layer cross-laid, λD 0.039 W/(m·K).
EuConX BD70 breathable membrane
On top of the wool, on the cold side. Sd 0.02 m; vapour escapes, dust and draughts stay out.
The order cannot be reversed: a vapour-tight sheet on top of the wool traps the vapour coming up from the rooms. The Hungarian EKR catalogue asks for at least Sd 20 m under the wool and at most Sd 0.03 m on top (Decree 18/2025 EM, annex).
